Masvidal before meeting Usman was coming off three straight wins. All his wins were ecstatic performances being against Nate Diaz, Darren Till, and the famous Ben Askren fight. Nick has not fought in the octagon since his “No Contest” fight against Anderson Silva. It has been 6 years since we have seen him inside the octagon and a matchup against someone like Masvidal will sure sell seats for the company.
