Henry Cejudo is currently retired and set to enter into fatherhood. However, that doesn’t stop ‘Triple C’ from taking repeated jabs at various UFC champions. The former two-division champion, from time to time takes a dig at Petr Yan (number one ranked bantamweight contender), Aljamain Sterling (bantamweight champ) and Alexander Volkanovski (featherweight champ).
He recently took to Twitter to blast Volkanovski who had trolled Cejudo with a picture of Hasbulla Magomedov and Henry Cejudo facing off. Volkanovski had made fun of Cejudo’s height, and it clearly didn’t sit well with ‘Triple C’. He blasted Volkanovski, taking a dig at the Australian’s win over Max Holloway in a title fight. Cejudo then followed it up with a tweet mocking Petr Yan, as well.
‘Not as bad as the BS decision that you got over Max Holloway’ – Henry Cejudo
Taking to Twitter, Cejudo hit back, “Posting this was a bad Decision….but not as bad as the BS Decision that you got over Max Holloway.“
Cejudo then took a jab at Petr Yan and claimed that Hasbulla would give him a tougher fight than Yan himself. He tweeted, “This Russian would give me a better fight than @petr_yan Ps you’re going to need a bigger gun @hasbulla.magomedov. #bendtheknee.”
“Hasbulla gonna kill you” – Khabib Nurmagomedov warns Henry Cejudo
Khabib Nurmagomedov caught up with his business friends, and a friend of his who was wearing a Henry Cejudo t-shirt claimed that he would become C4 soon, alluding to his nickname ‘Triple C’. Khabib then chimed and said, “But be careful, Hasbulla gonna kill you.”
Hasbulla has been gaining a lot of attention over the past few weeks. Even Cejudo called him out, posting a video from a barber shop, warning the 18-year old TikToker from Russia.
