UFC Vegas 33 takes place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is headlined by a spectacular middleweight battle between Uriah Hall vs. Sean Strickland. As far as this welterweight fight is concerned, Jared Gooden is taking up this fight on a five-day notice to face opponent Niklas. He is coming off two straight losses against Abubakar Nurmagomedov at UFC 260 and Alan Jouban at UFC 255. Though this fight is short notice, he will be looking to get on the winning charts.
Meanwhile his opponent, Niklas Stolze is just happy to be on this card after all the tension that was caused because his original opponent Mounir Lazzez could not make it. This is only the second fight for Stolze in the UFC. His debut did not go his way as he lost to Ramazan Emeev via decision. He has a record of 12-4-0. Jared Gooden with an amazing finish at UFC Vegas 33
Round 1: The fight starts off at a high pace as Stolze came out with a spinning kick right away. Both the fighters immediately started swinging punches. Gooden swings and connects with a clean left hand. Stolze looked to retaliate but failed to do so as Gooden slammed him on the canvas. But Niklas is quick to get on his feet. Gooden welcomes him with a massive right hand that lands straight and drops his opponent.
Gooden looks to go for a flurry of punches but referee Herb Dean stops the fight. What a fight!
