#1 Matheus De Ligt- The Dutch Footballer played like the warrior he is, against league rivals Atlanta. The center-back dislocated his shoulder while playing for the Italian champions. The Dutch warrior continued playing after taking a 5-minute recovery break.
#2 Cesc Fabregas- The Gunners' captain was playing with a knee injury against the Spanish club FC Barcelona. The Spaniard even took a penalty and converted it into a goal for the London club.
#3 Valencia- The Manchester United winger took a hit to his eye which caused a swelling certainly visible on his face. He collided with the opponent while going for an aerial duel and ended up injuring himself. This didn't stop Valencia as he continued to play the whole game.
#4 Cristiano Ronaldo- The legendary CR7 had a tough time playing against Levante in the 2013-14 season as he took a massive hit to his face and started bleeding in the first half. Ronaldo silenced his haters by scoring two goals in the second half.
#5 Terry Butcher- The captain of the English national team in 1989 suffered a severe head injury as the defender started bleeding. The match was between Sweden and England in the World Cup Qualifiers. Terry gave a heroic performance.
