Having played 739 games in the league, the Jazz and Hawks forward was banned for substance abuse

Name: OJ Mayo

The Bucks, Mavs and Grizzlies player got banned from the NBA for failing multiple drug tests and violating the NBA's anti-drug policy 

He was included in the All-NBA Rookie team in the 2008-09 season

Name: Roger Brown

He played in the ABA from 1967-1975. Brown is in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame 

Having led Indiana Pacers to 3 ABA Championships, he was banned permanently due to his ties with Jack Molinas during his college days in Dayton

Name: Tyreke Evans

He beat Stephen Curry to win Rookie of the Year award in the 2009-10 

Having represented Kings, Pelicans, Grizzlies and Pacers, Evans violating its anti-drug policy
