Worst playoff clutch moments of Stephen Curry

Despite being the Golden State Warriors' key player during five consecutive NBA Finals, Stephen Curry still has one minor imperfection.

Throughout his NBA playoff career, Steph Curry has failed to make any of his eight go-ahead shots with less than 20 seconds remaining.

In Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics, the Golden State Warriors, led by Steph Curry, lost their 92-80 lead in the final 12 minutes due to a 17-0 run. Curry was held scoreless.

Steph Curry struggled in Game 7 of the 2016 Finals, going 4-of-14 from the three-point range and finishing with 17 points, including a missed three-pointer that could have tied the game.

Despite a well-designed Steve Kerr play, Steph Curry was short on a potential game-winning three-pointer in Game 6 of the 2019 finals, losing the chance to force a Game 7 in Toronto.

Although Steph Curry's missed three-pointer in Game 6 didn't define his playoff performance, his tendency to miss game-winners on the NBA's biggest stage has been noted.
