Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen may have finalised their divorce quickly and amicably, but they are currently stuck in a much more severe case that may have far-reaching effects.

After the bankruptcy of the FTX, the former couple, who were featured in the company's ads earlier this year, may be held responsible for significant financial losses in a proposed class action lawsuit.

Shaquille O'Neal, Naomi Osaka, and Stephen Curry are all being blamed for their involvement in promoting what turned out to be a very disastrous investment, who are also mentioned in the complaint along with the famous ex couple.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed on Nov. 15, FTX operated as a "Ponzi scheme," using new money to repay money that had previously been invested in order to give the impression that the company had a large cash reserve.

All the celebrities mentioned could be in serious legal danger for "promoting unregistered securities" because none of them reported the amount of money they received from FTX, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Looking back, it appears that everyone involved made the wrong decision because they could end up being held accountable if the "volatile" class action lawsuit proceeds.
