Why did Daniel Snyder sell Washington Commanders?

Daniel Snyder, the Billionaire businessman, had been the owner of the Washington Commanders since 1999.

He was also the owner of the organization when its name was changed from the Washington Redskins to the Washington Commanders.

Ever since him being at the top of the reign, the Commanders have been one of the worst teams in the NFL consistently.

After owning the team for about 23 years, Snyder has agreed to finally sell the team for an amount of around $6 billion.

The team will be owned by Josh Harris, who has plenty of experience in handling professional sports.

The downfall of the Commanders started ever since Daniel Snyder became in charge of the organization.

It was the sexual misconduct lawsuit that was the final nail in the coffin for his controversial ownership.

Daniel Snyder’s reign with the Commanders is now over and all eyes are set on the new owner, Josh Harris, who happens to be experienced in handling sports franchises.

He is the founder of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment. It is an organization that partly owns the NBA franchise, the Philadelphia 76ers, and also the NHL‘s New Jersey Devils.
