Bjorn Borg has won 11 grand slam titles in his career which was then an open era record. He has won 6 French Open titles and has  Wimbledon titles to his name.

In 2009, Roger Federer broke Pete Sampras' decade long record of 14 major titles and the completed his career with 20 grand slams. He holds the record for most Wimbledon titles-8 and won his last major title in 2018.

Rafael Nadal holds the record for the most grand slam titles. By winning the 2022 French Open, he won his 22nd major title. He has won the French Open 14 times, Wimbledon 2 times, Australian Open 2 times and has 4 US Open titles to his name.
