Because of the new regime between James Gunn and Peter Safran, Henry Cavill, who played Superman, announced that he is not going to return to his old role in the next sequels.
Rumors then surfaced that Dwayne Johnson, after this announcement, unfollowed the Warner Bros, Discovery and Black Adam. This teased that he may be going to forget about his biggest project and move on from it.
But the megastar confirmed that the rumors weren't true. Instead, he announced on Twitter that he never followed the accounts on social media.
There are no updates on if Black Adam 2 is in plans. But with rumors sparkling, the sequel's confirmation is what the fans are waiting for.
