Dana White doesn't like fighters who go against his will and the company's plans. Throughout his tenure, White has had beef with many fighters. Here's the list of UFC champions who failed to maintain a good relationship with White.

Francis Ngannou  Francis Ngannou became a superstar after he defeated Stipe Miocic to become the heavyweight champion. However, after becoming the champ, the fighter protested about his fight purse. This created complications between him and Dana White and their contract. Finally, in 2023, White announced that the UFC had released Ngannou from his contract.

Jon Jones Jon Jones has been involved in several illegal incidents, such as hit-and-runs and domestic violence. As a result, Dana White is in a unique position as an employer. However, being the superstar he is, it's hard to take any strict actions against Jones.

Randy Couture Randy Couture was one of the most dominant heavyweight champions in UFC history and shared a massive beef with Dana White. Couture was neglected by White because the fighter didn't have a sellable personality. After his retirement, Couture also denied White's offer to host UFC on Fox.

Tyron Woodley  Tyron Woodley, according to Dana White, was a boring champion, and this started their long-running dispute. Both parties mocked each other in front of the media, but ultimately, Woodley left the promotion after losing his belt.

Tito Ortiz While Dana White had altercations with many of his fighters, no one pissed him off more than the former light Heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz. The fighter was something else, and he was the exact opposite of a company man. He didn't like to take orders from others, which created a bad relationship between him and White.
