The dilemma Pep Guardiola faces with Kevin De Bruyne

Now after a month he returns to the first team with Manchester City soaring in the Premier League ten points ahead of their near counterparts Manchester United. The team is now on a ten match winning streak and have one hand on the title already.

But the big question that remains is will Kevin De Bruyne find a space in the team which is in such prolific form? It’s a fact that Manchester City have flourished under him and have done extremely well to cover up for the absence of such an integral player.
However the Belgian talisman is the beating heart of this Pep Guardiola side and his inclusion can only benefit the team. Ilkay Gundogan has done a fantastic job up until now but Kevin De Bruyne is a whole level above him

Everyone has a challenge, everyone,” Guardiola mentioned when pressed on the merits of changing a winning team.
They have to play well to stay in the team,” Guardiola reasoned, “because they know when they are not playing well, then they have no chance to stay in the team.”
