Simone Biles took the bronze medal in uneven bars, with a clean performance, scoring 14.000. She had an execution score of 7.900 and a difficulty score of 6.100.

It was 18 year old Xijing Tang of China who took silver, her redemption after having a poor performance at the Tokyo Olympics, missing out on medals due to falls. She had an exceptional performance today, as she finished in second place with a total of 14.233. Despite having a lower difficulty score then Biles of 6.000, her fantastic execution score of 8.233 put her ahead of Biles.
