World No.1 Novak Djokovic practicing even on ‘Vacation’

He’s world No.1 not just for winning tournaments but for so many other reasons. Novak Djokovic is one the fittest athletes across all sports, the 17 time Grand Slam champion happens to be so flexible that the splits and lunges he makes, can break any ordinary player’s ankle.

Having a fitness regime that would even make Hercules proud, the Serbian has fine-tuned his physical endurance and strength to a point where he can outlast pretty much any player.

It is no surprise that he doesn’t leave any stone unturned when it comes to his physical training off the court and now with the Serbian even on vacation, he has refused to take a break from training.

True to form, the Serb was captured on video in the mountains of Jahorina, using his stay there as an excuse for additional exercise, Djokovic used this opportunity to get in some physical exercise in the mountain.

The 33-year-old made use of all the resources present in his natural surroundings, maintaining two huge logs on his shoulders and carrying them uphill. The Serbian was also accompanied by his father.

Dijana Djokovic on perplexed by her son’s insistence on training even during his break time, was heard saying, “you’re not normal, what two lunatics. Could you’ve choosen a deeper path?”

To which Djokovic replied, “it is nothing”, as he was encouraged by his father Srdjan to carry the two trunks of wood.
