Twitter wishes pour in on AEW President Tony Khan’s birthday

AEW President Tony Khan is one of the biggest names in the world of professional wrestling today. After years, a wrestling promotion, in the form of All Elite Wrestling, has emerged that seems like a real threat to WWE’s dominance. In addition to being the founder, co-owner, president and CEO of All Elite Wrestling, Khan is involved in several other ventures.

Khan is a co-owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League and Fulham F.C. of the EFL Championship. The American businessman and sports executive recently turned 39. He thanked all his fans and friends for their wishes and took the moment to acknowledge the success of AEW Dynamite in recent weeks.

AEW President Tony Khan is ready to go head-to-head with WWE

On the coming Friday, for the first-time ever a WWE main roster show will go head-to-head with AEW show. The upcoming episode of WWE Supersized Smackdown will run for 2 hours 30 minutes. The final half hour of the show will be coinciding with AEW show. AEW President Tony Khan is quite confident about the clash.

For the WWE Supersized Smackdown several massive segments have been announced. Brock Lesnar is scheduled to appear and for the main event – Becky Lynch is set to clash with Sasha Banks in a non-title match. WWE is clearly going all out to emerge victorious in this clash. AEW also has announced a match between CM Punk and Matt Sydal. Irrespective of the result of this clash, the fans are in for a massive weekend of professional wrestling.
