Cody Rhodes has been a huge attraction for the AEW for a long time. And now that Cody Rhodes along with Brandi Rhodes have left the All Elite Wrestling, there have been rumors that the former AEW superstar will return to WWE and will bring a lot of advantage for the company from AEW as well.

Rumors have been formulating that the Chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon is very much interested in getting Rhodes back to WWE and has planned that Cody, if moves to WWE, will be a main event star. Now, reports from Dave Meltzer claim that WWE has already planned out a storyline for Rhodes but the former WWE superstar has still not made a firm decision. Here’s what he said:

“Negotiations hit a snag. He has multiple offers. He has to make a decision. WWE wants the decision made soon for obvious reasons. The ball is in his court.” – Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported.

With the speculations of Cody Rhodes returning to WWE after his leave in 2016 rising, new reports have come regarding when will Rhodes make his appearance in WWE to confirm all the reports true. The reports also suggests that Rhodes could be a part of a huge match at WrestleMania 38 and will also be seen on Raw after the Grandest Stage of them All.

Considering the options for who Rhodes would face if he returns to WWE, there is not a long list left after a major part of the WrestleMania 38 match card has been confirmed. But one top superstar who still not on the card and currently has no plans for the Grandest Stage of them All is the Visionary, Seth Freakin Rollins.

Rollins recently blacked out all his social media handles (Twitter and Instagram) which has left the fans in a state where they are uncertain of the Visionary’s involvement at the 38th edition of the Showcase of immortals. This has increased the speculations of Rollins getting a surprise opponent for the Granddaddy of them All who will be none other that Cody Rhodes.
