Mandy Rose recently moved to the WWE NXT roster of performing for quite some time on the main roster. But clearly, she is now moving to a newer character. Rose had rocked the blonde – bombshell look throughout her time on WWE so far. Hence, seeing her in a new full brunette look felt really fresh, and was much appreciated by the fans.
On the first episode of WWE NXT 2.0, Tag Team action was scheduled when a hooded figure emerged to attack Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter. The mystery figure was later revealed to be Mandy Rose, in her new look. Rose teamed up with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne to defeat Sarray, Catanzaro and Carter.
The new look marks off the beginning on Mandy Rose 2.0, along with the 2.0 beginning for the NXT brand itself. Seemingly, Rose is all set to lead her own stable, which currently comprises of Dolin and Jayne.
Mandy Rose was moved to NXT, after Aaliyah was moved to the Red brand. Since then, Rose has been closely watching Sarray’s matches and at the same time, has been recruiting talent from the NXT roster for her faction. Her Tag Team win, along side Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne indicates that Rose has finally found her stablemates and they look well on course to dominate the roster in coming times.
Mandy Rose was moved to NXT earlier this year
Prior to her move to NXT, Rose was a part of the Women’s Tag Team division on the main roster. She was teamed up with Dana Brooke, but their stint as a team ran hot and cold. Rose’s time on the main roster is best known for her romantic storyline with Otis.
The romantic angle with Otis did wonders for him, rather than her. WWE best utilized her abilities in a feud against Sonya Deville, which concluded with a loser leaves WWE match at Summerslam 2020. Since then, she hasn’t been in a really engaging feud. But that seems on the verge to change on NXT.
