The latest edition of Monday Night Raw was arguably the most hyped episode of the show in recent memory. One of the biggest highlights of the night was the return of Randy Orton after almost 18 long months. The Apex Predator had a brief encounter with the alleged leader of The Judgment Day, Rhea Ripley. The latter has now clapped back at Orton in her recent social media post.
Taking to her X, Rhea Ripley uploaded stunning pictures of her flaunting her coveted title. The Nightmare coupled her photos with an intriguing caption. Referencing Viper’s promo in her tweet, she noted that everyone claims to be a daddy. However, there is only one Mami in all of WWE. The 43-year-old has yet to respond to the champ.
The Apex Predator returned to the red brand after nearly one and a half years. The superstar seemed emotional to be back and had a wholesome interaction with the WWE Universe. Later, he reminded everyone that he still has unfinished business with the Bloodline. Soon after, Rhea Ripley made her way to the ring, cutting his promo short.
Everyone claims to be “daddy”, but there is and will always be ONE MamiRhea Ripley wrote on X
The Eradicator told Orton that the landscape of WWE has changed and the Bloodline has fallen apart. Mami proclaimed that Judgment Day is the most dominant faction in WWE. Furthermore, the Viper remarked that he was tired of hearing about Mami in WWE. He gave a two-word rebuttal to Ripley by saying, “Daddy’s back.”
Randy Orton is advertised for this week’s WWE SmackDown
The upcoming episode of WWE SmackDown will be presented at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The Viper made his return to weekly programming on Monday Night Raw. Moreover, the WWE Universe is in for a treat, as the superstar is now being advertised for the blue brand. As a result, people have begun to speculate about a potential feud between Randy Orton and the Bloodline.
SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis, recently took to social media to make the big announcement. He was delighted to welcome the Apex Predator to the blue brand. Interestingly, Orton’s last WWE match before his injury took place in the same brand. He teamed up with former WWE star Matt Riddle to take on the Usos in a Tag Team Championship Unification match.
RKBro lost the match, and the Usos launched a vicious assault on Orton, leading to a severe back injury. In addition, Orton stated that he had a bag full of receipts to give back to the Bloodline. Thus, it’s very likely that the Viper’s first feud on WWE after his comeback will be against the villainous stable.
