5: Madcap Moss (Babyface vs Babyface)

WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has held the Intercontinental title for more than 50 days without any proper feud.

Even though it’s still a longshot, Madcap Moss can be one of the main contenders for the Intercontinental Championship. He recently won the ‘Andre the Giant battle Royal’ broke of his weird friendship with Happy Corbin. If WWE is serious in pushing Madcap Moss, then making him feud with Ricochet for his WWE Intercontinental Championship can be a good idea.

4: Baron Corbin (Heel vs Babyface)

WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has held the Intercontinental title for more than 50 days without any proper feud.

Whatever opportunity has been thrown in his way; Baron Corbin has grabbed it with both hands and even excelled at it. He has been involved in the Main Event story line and is considered a top Mid-Carder, but never has he had a proper singles championship run other than his 70 days US Championship run which to be honest was lackluster. Corbin can feud with Ricochet and win the title in the near future and maybe WWE can Also involve Madcap Moss in the storyline to extend it till Summerslam 2022.

3: Sheamus (Babyface vs Babyface)

WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has held the Intercontinental title for more than 50 days without any proper feud.
Sheamus

‘The Celtic Warrior’ Sheamus has achieved it all in the WWE. The WWE Veteran doesn’t need anything else to prove his mettle but the only championship that has eluded Sheamus’ in his WWE career is the Intercontinental Championship. ‘The Great White’ has never won an Intercontinental championship in his whole career and it would be fitting for ‘The Celtic Warrior’ to win one as a babyface from Ricochet as it would also benefit Ricochet even if he loses the championship to multi-time World Champion.

2: John Cena

“Hustle, Loyalty and Respect” that’s been a mantra for John Cena and sometimes for Ricochet as well. While John Cena doesn’t need a championship for relevancy, just like Sheamus, he certainly hasn’t won the Intercontinental championship throughout his career. A feud between John Cena and Ricochet would be a treat to WWE Universe’s eyes and it obviously would catapult Ricochet’s status as a main event star; and OfCourse he deserves one

Honorable Mentions:

Drew McIntyre: If WWE is taking time to put The Scottish Warrior in World Title picture, he can have a good feud with Ricochet which can culminate at WWE’s Summerslam premium live event.

1: Gunther

WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has held the Intercontinental title for more than 50 days without any proper feud.

Gunther recently arrived on the main roster after dominating NXT and at NXT Uk, he was the longest reigning NXT UK champion. Continuing his dominance in the main roster, WWE should work out a story line between the two, and make both the champion and the contender look as both of the stars are main event caliber.
