The show started with a tag team match featuring Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher taking on Pete Dunne and Oney Lorcan.

Ridge Holland returned to attack Timothy Thatcher

The match started with Dunne trying to apply to triangle lock on Thatcher but the latter fought back with a Boston crab locked in. Ciampa and Lorcan then came in and the latter was knocked out by the former with a flying knee. Dunne then tagged himself in but Campa was able to apply the chin lock and take him down. Thatcher then came in and the two men exchanged power strikes and again tagged Ciampa and Dune in. Ciampa applied then armbar on Dunne and Lorcan was taken out by Thatcher when Ridge Holland returned to attack Thatcher. Ciampa was distracted allowing Dunne deliver the Bitter End to get the win.

After the match, Samoa Joe came out and invited the general manager, William Regal as well. Joe said that he was aware of the fact that Regal was about to fire Kross after his attack on the manager. But he said he had a better solution. He laid a contract stating that he was resigning as a part of NXT management and said he would be an active superstar in the NXT roster. He also said that he would challenge the NXT Champion, Karrion Kross at NXT Takeover: 36. Regal accepted the conditions and made the match official.

WWE NXT Results saw Hayes getting an upset win over Josh Briggs

The match started with Hayes trying to take Briggs down with power strikes but the big man was able to take him out with a slam. Hayes then tried to apply submission holds but Briggs got out of it easily. Briggs ten went for a powerbomb but Hayes was able to counter it with an hurricanrana followed by a leg drop to get the win.

After the match, Raquel Gonzalez came out to address the NXT roster. She said she took Xia Li out recently and she was the strongest contendor for the NXT Women’s Champion. Dakota Kai then said that Gonzalez was better that Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Ember Moon, and Shayna Bazler. Kai then said it was an open challenge for anyone in the roster when she attacked the champion.

Backstage Mandy Rose was seen with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne but didn’t let anyone listen what they were talking about.

WWE NXT Results: Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter def Franky Monet and Jessi Kamea

Robert Stone was an integral part of the Women’s tag team match

The match started with Catanzaro taking Kamea down with her speed when Carter was tagged in. Kamea delivered a big boot to Carter and tagged Monet in. Carter fought back with an enziguiri to Monet followed by a distractiong from Robert Stone enabling Kacy and Carter deliver the necbreaker 450 splash to get the win.

Santos Escobar distracted HitRow

The match started with Imperium taking Adonis down with their power when the latter delivered a dropkick to take them out. Adonis then delivered a spinebuster to Barthel followed by a hurricanrana to Aichner. Top Doolah then came in and delivered shoulder tackles to Imperium. Santos Escobar then created distraction for Hit Run when the Imperium delivered the European bomb to get the win.

2021Adam Cole defeated Bronson Reed in the main event of NXT

The match started with Cole targeting the knee of Reed when the latter used his power to deliver an elbow drop to take Cole out. Cole again started targeting Reed’s knee when the big man delivered a splash to Cole. Adam Cole then fought back and delivered a flying knee for two counts but Reed was able to bounce back and deliver kick. Cole then somehow delivered the Panama sunrise to get Reed down for two counts followed by the Last Shot to get the win.

After the match, Kyle O’Reilly came out and attacked Cole with a steel chair as the show went off in air.
