The ‘Powerful’ Rivalry of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar: List of Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar one-on-one matches
Roman reigns vs Brock Lesnar has been a very impactful feud and has changed the landscape of WWE. Brock Lesnar is one of the most impressive and talented performer WWE has ever seen. His impeccable power is unmatchable due to which he has gained a lot of popularity. Roman Reigns on the other hand is also a powerhouse which makes him presence in the ring delighting.
The rivalry between the Beast Incarnate and the Tribal Chief is considered the battle of power and their matches prove the same. Reigns and Lesnar started their rivalry in the year 2015 and all their matches have been either for the Universal or the WWE Championship.
After Reigns won the 2015 Royal Rumble match, he challenged Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 with the WWE Championship. Though the match was a one-on-one match when started, it became a triple threat match after Seth Rollins shocked the world with his MITB cash in and then hoisted the WWE Championship above his head.
After Lesnar won the Universal Championship, Reigns again challenged him and that too at multiple events. Their matches were never seen on weekly events like Raw and Smackdown but were always seen on pay-per-views like WrestleMania and Summerslam.
Though the two men haven’t had a lot of singles matches with each other, their storylines have been intriguing and have always got the fans excited. The powerhouses have had a total of 3 singles matches, 2 triple threat matches, and 1 fatal 4-way match. The two men could have had more number of matches but during their rivalry, Roman Reigns relinquished his Universal Championship due to his health issues. This gave the rivalry an abrupt stop and since then, the two have not faced each other.
