WWE teases a feud for Survivor Series

Flair and Lynch

Survivor Series is one of the Big Four events of WWE’s calendar year. The event features the two main roster brands of WWE in action against each other. The event features Tag Team Elimination matches for the men and women, who battle for brand supremacy.

In addition to these matches, the event even features the Champions from both the brands battling against each other. If the latest episodes of WWE’s Red and Blue brand are anything to go by, the company has already started building up a Championship feud for Survivor Series.

Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch have been at loggerheads since the WWE Draft 2021 has kicked off. Interestingly, both the Champions have switched brands. But the draft will not be in effect until after WWE Crown Jewel 2021.

This seems to be in line for the Survivor Series build-up, where the Champions from both the brands collide. The feud between Flair and Lynch, during the Draft special episodes seems to be like the perfect build up for the upcoming event. The two have been arguing verbally and even attacking each other and the recent episodes of the Blue and Red brand.

Charlotte Flair currently holds the Raw Women’s title, and has no ongoing feud which could lead to a match at Crown Jewel. This seemingly indicates that Flair will be holding on to the title till Survivor Series. But it is a much-complicated way for Becky Lynch.

Lynch will be putting the Smackdown Women’s Championship on the line at WWE Crown Jewel in a triple threat match. She will defend the title against Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks. Lynch could lose the title at WWE’s Saudi Arabia event and might not be in a feud against Flair!
