2022 World Cup Qualifiers: Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Kazakhstan Live Stream, Preview and Prediction
Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Kazakhstan: Bosnia and Herzegovina will welcome Kazakhstan in their next World Cup Qualifier match at Bilino Polje, with both teams looking for their first victory in this qualifying round.
Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Kazakhstan: Preview
Bosnia and Herzegovina
In the three qualifiers played so far, Bosnia and Herzegovina have lost all of their games. They started their qualifying campaign in March with a 2-2 draw against Finland. They then lost 0-1 at home to France before drawing 1-1 with the same opponents in the previous match last week. Bosnia just defeated Kuwait 1-0 in a friendly match with Smail Prevljak scoring the game-winning goal in the 66th minute. With two points after three games, The Dragons are now positioned fourth in their group.
Despite the fact that they have only scored two goals in their past six games, they will be looking to continue the momentum from the last two matches. As both their games against the table-toppers France has been completed, Ivaylo Petev’s men must capitalise totally.
Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan, like its hosts, is still yet to win a qualifying match. In their first game, they were defeated 0-2 by France before drawing back-to-back games with Ukraine, with scores of 1-1 and 2-2. Kazakhstan then lost 1-0 to Finland on Saturday, giving them only two points in four games. The visitors have never qualified for the FIFA World Cup and will require a series of extraordinary outcomes to keep their dreams alive. They are now winless in 10 games and will want to break that streak against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
With two points earned through draws versus Ukraine, Talgat Baysufinov’s team is at the bottom of the rankings. However, the good aspect of the team is that it has performed well in recent years. Kazakhstan has demonstrated that they are not to be taken lightly and that if a team does not take them seriously, they may cause significant harm.
