The Gaza War has escalated way beyond imagination with massive loss of human lives and infrastructure. As Israel continues to pound Palestine with relentless strikes and offensives, people from all walks of life have come forward to voice their support. WWE stars, who refrain from making political comments, have also vocally put forward their concerns. Stars like CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Sami Zayn actively advocated for Palestine amid the conflict.

Israel launched a massive attack on Palestine and the Gaza Strip after it claimed that militant group Hamas killed over 1,200 people on October 7, 2023. However, in the counter-offensive, about 50,000 people have been killed till now, including a large number of women and children. Some WWE stars, for the global impact that they hold, have expressed their concerns on ‘ethnic cleansing’ in Palestine.

In a passionate promo on Monday Night Raw, Zayn had referenced the sufferings of Palestinians. Though the Syrian-descent superstar didn’t take any names, the netizens were quick to rally behind his emotions. While delivering the promo against the OG Judgement Day, Zayn said he stood for rebellion. The superstar said he was against those who think they could do anything in the name of power.

However, with WWE’s mass appeal and its policies to divert from polarizing opinions, Zayn now shies away from commenting publicly. It was previously reported that pro-Israeli groups contacted WWE after Zayn’s tweets in solidarity with Palestine. The groups reportedly expressed their dismay with the wrestler’s comments, following which they were allegedly redacted.

2. Seth Rollins

‘The Visionary’ Seth Rollins is also on the list of WWE superstars who have rallied for Palestine amid the ongoing war. Rollins recently shared a pro-Palestine graffiti on his Instagram story when the superstars arrived in Bologna, Italy, for a TV taping of SmackDown.
