The UFC Lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov left the world stunned with his emotional retirement at UFC 254 following his win over Justin Gaethje and taking his professional record to 29-0. Khabib stated that his mother doesn’t want him to compete without his father on his side and he will not do the same.

Dana White said that Khabib was very emotional and this triggered him to announce his retirement, but ‘The Eagle’ hasn’t vacated his title yet and White is still in talks with Khabib to come back to the Octagon and compete once again.

Following Khabib’s retirement Jon Jones also pointed fingers at him that he only has three title defense in his name still he is hailed as the G.O.A.T. ‘The Eagle’ would definitely want to come back and face someone like George St. Pierre, win against whom will take his legacy to a new height.

Khabib’s manager is positive about his comeback

‘The Eagle’

Ali Abdelaziz the manager of Khabib posted a tweet which says, ’30-0’. We can assume that he is hinting that ‘The Eagle of Dagestan’ will once again step in the Octagon to complete his father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov’s dream to take his undefeated streak to 30-0.

GSP already stated that if Khabib wants to come back from retirement and face him both of their managers can talk. Apart from this the most cursed fight of UFC “Khabib vs Tony” can also come in the picture if ‘The Eagle’ will make his comeback.

Many of the UFC fans think that GSP is one of the greatest fighters of UFC and he is above the league of Jones. So if Khabib makes a comeback and defeats GSP we don’t think there will be much left for him to prove at UFC.
