Nikola Jokic will have 50 Cent to sing along to 'Many Men'

Nikola Jokic is known for his casual but still serious approach to basketball. His three league MVPs and one NBA title have made him one of the best big men to ever play the game. The only other pastime the Denver Nuggets superstar has is breeding and racing his horses.

Nikola Jokic has often taken the next available flight back to his native land to be with his horses. He has often talked about the joy he gets from being around them. However, he has never talked about any other mode of entertainment that he enjoys.

He does love spending time with his family, especially with his daughter Ognjena. He revealed that he enjoys watching her go about her day than playing basketball, which he believes is his profession. However recently, he seems to have caught up on another form of entertainment.

His veteran teammate DeAndre Jordan revealed that the Serbian likes the song ‘Many Men’. This came to the attention of the crew of Inside the NBA who quizzed him if he knew the words. Jokic said he may need to perform to learn the lyrics. When 50 Cent saw this, he posted a tweet on X which read.

Look if he says he gonna perform, we gonna perform I’ll back him up we will have the spot jumping. Lol.

This is surprising from 50 Cent as he declined to perform the song during Donald Trump‘s Madison Square Garden campaign rally a few months ago. That too despite being offered $3 million for it. Nikola Jokic might have to perform ‘Many Men’ at the All-Star weekend in a few weeks if it all works out.

Nikola Jokic in a league of his own

Singing a rap song could be a daunting task for a person who hails from a nation where that style of music is non-existent. However, he is dominating the league effortlessly and is making a mockery of other players. The Denver Nuggets superstar was praised by Shaquille O’Neal for being this dominant.

With almost half of the season approaching, one can see the Serbian in the top slots of almost every statistical category. He is currently third in points, second in assists, third in rebounds, fourth in steals and second in three-point percentage.

The only statistical category he does not feature even in the top half is in blocks. But he was never known for that skill, rather focuses on cleaning up the glass and steals. That is domination across the board, something that usually requires two players to achieve.

He might be playing a team high 36.4 minutes, but that number is coming down. The way the team is playing with Russell Westbrook in the lineup, it has alleviated some pressure off Jokic. Maybe he might have the time to learn the ‘Many Men’s’ lyrics while continuing to dominate the NBA.
