Curry and Kitty Ford, an 86-year-old Mechanicville, New York, superfan, had a wholesome moment. This was before Thursday’s game at Barclays Center against the Brooklyn Nets.
However, the moment that made headlines lately was when Grandma Kitty read a Mother’s Day card that she received. The 86-year-old superfan left Curry and the other people in the room in immense laughter after she read the Mother’s Day card. Grandma Kitty’s mother’s day card read: “happy mother’s day, mom. thank you for teaching us to love god, each other, and Steph Curry.”
In addition, Grandma Kitty received signed merchandise from the Warriors and Curry. Not only that, she also got to witness an all-timer Curry performance against the Nets. Along with the Warriors’ win, Curry dropped a massive 40 points on the Nets on Thursday night. The Warriors upset the Brooklyn Nets by 121-119.
