Ryan Clark BLASTS Sean Payton claiming he was worried about the ‘wrong’ things in the offseason after horrorshow against the Dolphins
Instead of making excuses Clark wants to see results similar to what Payton achieved in New Orleans.

The Denver Broncos were hoping for a turn of fortune when they hired Sean Payton as their head coach. But after three consecutive losses, the sinking feeling is back at Mile High, and Ryan Clark blames Payton for it.
Karma hit hard on the Broncos this time around. But it would have been bearable for Payton if he hadn’t put quarterback Russell Wilson on a pedestal. The 59-year-old called Wilson out after their defeat against the Las Vegas Raiders. In all honesty, the reason was a bit outrageous. He advised the Pro Bowler to stop kissing babies and focus on his games more. However, Clark posed the question: Was the 70-20 blowout against the Miami Dolphins also the 34-year-old’s fault?
“Let’s not worry about how many babies Russell Wilson kisses,” Clark tore into Sean Payton’s comments on Monday’s segment of ESPN’s Get Up. “Let’s not worry about his public persona and how he plays. Talk about what we’re going to do.”
Clark, a retired football safety, knows a thing or two about facing challenges in the NFL. But she also understands that it’s a team game, and blaming one person is not going to solve the problem of the collective. It falls on the shoulders of Sean Payton, who is renowned for coaching successful offenses. His Super Bowl win with the New Orleans Saints is enough proof to back up his stature. Then again, the Saints team had a player called Drew Brees, and Clark subtly implied that during his rant.
“Sean Payton was worried about all of the wrong things in the offseason,” he continued. “We gave him a pass because he’d won a Super Bowl and had proven everything in New Orleans.”

Dolphins’ Xavien Howard hits back at Sean Payton for his constant criticism of Russell Wilson
Sean Payton is the most unlikeable man in the NFL right now. There’s already a massive Pacific Ocean-size hole that has formed in the Denver Broncos locker room between him and the players. On top of that, the opposition players have chimed in with their opinions regarding the harsh treatment of Russell Wilson.

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard did not appreciate the situation. “That was totally disrespectful,” the 30-year-old said, as per Pro Football Network. “That man did a lot for this game. They’ve got to do better on that side. You can’t be leaving guys like that out there.”
He is not wrong on that front. At least Wilson was decent against them, completing 23-of-38 for 306 yards with a touchdown and an interception. However, he did get sacked and was hit 12 times. Howard argued Payton should have taken Wilson off when they were down 50 points. There was no point in keeping him on the field and letting him get pummeled. It increased the chance of injury.
