The Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden did not attend the practice this Wednesday. Harden’s approach has stunned fans and experts across the league. NBA insider Ramona Shelburne in a media interaction, made some startling claims. Ramona claimed that this could be James Harden’s first step to start an “evil masterplan” to exit the franchise.
The 76ers star has a history of jumping teams. He is yet again unhappy with his current team. Harden has looked for a change since his request for a trade to the Clippers in the offseason. However, the MVP still has one more year left on his contract. But with all of this given, the former MVP is still keen on signing a long-term contract with another team.
Ramona Shelburne, in a statement, expressed her views on Harden’s absence. Ramona said, “Day 2, day 3 and day 4 went pretty well… [But now] this is, ‘I am not happy,’ and this is as somebody close to him told me, ‘This is only the beginning of what he plans to do here.'”
Shelburne, in her statement, also warned that this was just the beginning of what he planned to do. She speculates that Harden may miss practices from now on and arrive late to games. This could also make headlines publicly. With this, Shelburne concluded that Harden looked to apply more and more pressure on the 76ers management until they trade him or maybe give him a chance to walk in free agency.
Ben Simmons thinks that James Harden is a great fit for the Miami Heat
The 76ers star James Harden is under a lot of speculation with regard to his trade interests and his distaste for his current team. Ben Simmons of the Brooklyn Nets shared his views on how Harden could fit well for the Heat’s roster and that they should consider him. Miami might need a star like Harden to win the NBA finals after two failed attempts.

Simmons, on the podcast, The Ringer expressed his opinion on the Harden situation. He said, To me, if I’m trying to get James Harden if I’m Miami, that’s [Kyle] Lowry for Harden and I’ll throw in something else. I’m just not giving up [Tyler] Herro for one year of James Harden.”
To this point, the Heat seems very comfortable with their roster. Even though there are no official talks at the moment, James Harden’s attempts at pressuring the 76ers seem to be making noise in the public. So far, he is keen on leaving the team by any means.
