Lakers players DISAPPROVE LeBron James ditching team to watch son Bronny’s biggest basketball career moment

LeBron James was asked about his reaction to his son Bronny James’ college basketball debut. James said he will be present courtside for Bronny James‘ first game.

James was speaking with a reporter from Spectrum Sportsnet after their 133-110 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. He mentioned that if his Los Angeles Lakers have a game the same day as his son’s debut, he plans to skip the Lakers game.

LeBron James said that he has already told his teammates on the plane to Oklahoma about skipping the Lakers game. To this his teammates replied;

“What? No………..” to which James replied;

“Family over everything, champs. I love y’all.”

Obviously, this is part of some friendly banter between James and his Los Angeles Lakers teammates.

LeBron James has a long history of keeping the camaraderie between his teammates. In front of reporters James’ teammates were trying to embarrass the superstar.

LeBron James is the all-time leading scorer in the NBA. He is a global superstar. Known for his endeavours for the well-being of society, he is much respected across the league. But the biggest plus point is that his teammates enjoy his company. On every team LeBron has been, his teammates have nothing but love and appreciation for him.

Throughout his NBA career James has a reputation of being locked in during the game and jovial and friendly off the court. Not every superstar has this combination. And to have one of the best players in the world having that combination is something teammates appreciate.

LeBron James enjoyed that banter between him and his teammates during the interview. That closeness is what defines their team spirit.
