Nip pens an Emotional Note – dev1ce Full Statement

I’m sure most of you have now seen that as from today I am no longer a member of the @astralis team. I want to start by saying thank you to everyone at the organisation, my team mates, @bubzkji @itsdupreeh @gla1ve_csgo @xyp9x @magiskcsgo @zonic and our fans for everything that we’ve accomplished together.
I love you guys and you’ll always be considered family to me. I’m sure that the news hurts for some of you out there; the journey I’ve been on at Astralis – and going even further back with duppe+xyp – has been the best time of my life and it wouldn’t have been that without your support. I know I don’t say it often enough, but to every single one of you out there; thank you for inspiring me to pursue the best version of myself. Teaming up with @nipgaming might come as a surprise for a lot of for you, but for me it has been a natural transition given that Sweden has been my home for a while now.
I’m really excited for the new project and my biggest wish is for you guys to understand, and continue supporting me on my next mission in this game that we all love. I’m proud to be your player and Astralis will always hold a special place in my heart. My biggest hope is that when we’re able to share our passion in the arena again, you will continue to support me as you’ve always done. I promise to put on a show.
Nicolai ❤️
