In late 2023, former NFL cornerback Damon Arnette was accused of theft by OnlyFans model Danii Banks. The allegations surfaced during an interview on the “Pillow Talk” podcast, where Banks claimed Arnette stole a Cartier watch, a phone, and transferred money from her account while visiting her home.

At the time, the incident added to Arnette’s growing list of legal troubles following his release from the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021. Arnette did not publicly respond to the accusations when they became public.

According to Banks, she briefly stepped away during Arnette’s visit and returned to find several of her belongings missing. She stated that security footage showed Arnette and his friends leaving her residence soon after.

Arnette denied the accusations and responded through his Instagram, criticizing how she chose to address the situation publicly.

The theft is not Damon Arnette’s first rodeo with law enforcement

Damon Arnette continued to make headlines through several incidents. He was cut from the Raiders after a video of him appearing to issue death threats surfaced online. In 2023, he was arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly pointing a gun at a valet worker.

In 2024, Arnette pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges related to that case. He was sentenced to 50 hours of community service, fined $2,000, and ordered to surrender his firearm and avoid carrying any weapons.

Arnette, a 2020 first-round pick out of Ohio State, last played in the NFL during the 2021 season. His football career was largely derailed by repeated off-field controversies.

Danii Banks is also no stranger to scandals and controversies

In November 2023, OnlyFans model Danii Banks was removed from Allegiant Stadium during a Las Vegas Raiders game after she flashed her breasts in the crowd. The incident occurred during a Sunday night matchup between the Raiders and the New York Jets.

Banks, who was 33 at the time, recorded herself exposing her chest and later posted the footage to her social media. Security personnel and police officers witnessed the act and immediately requested her to leave the venue. While she was asked to exit, Banks was not escorted out or arrested.

She later told TMZ that the officials told her, “You don’t have to go home, but you have to get the hell outta here.” No charges were filed against her, and she was not issued a citation.

The incident happened months after accusing Damon Arnette of theft. Meanwhile, the flashing incident added to Banks’ controversial profile without resulting in any legal consequences at the time.

She continues to remain active on social media, where she has millions of followers.
