15. Chicagoland Speedway (Joliet, IL)
One track that no-longer has a place in the NASCAR race schedule, the historical venue remains a fan favorite. The track isn’t either too old or to new, putting it a selective group, and over the years it has produced iconic rivalries like Kyle Busch vs Kyle Larson as well some super close finishes.

The track is famous for high-speed racing with big stakes. The Ford and Chevrolet battles have been legendary at the track. The wide racing surface allows for incredible restarts and drafting battles.

The pre-repave Atlanta was a driver’s track—slick, worn out, and fast. Fans loved the raw racing. Kevin Harvick maiden emotional first win after Dale Sr.’s death makes it really special. After the repave, the track offers the most chaotic and entertaining events in the schedule.
