Logan Paul is set to team up with John Cena this Saturday at Money in the Bank. The duo will face Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso in a high-stakes match that could shape the future of WWE. This marks the first time Paul and Cena are teaming up, generating significant buzz among fans. Ahead of their showdown, The Maverick has expressed enthusiasm about the idea of giving their team an official name.
In his latest YouTube vlog, Logan Paul shared some tag team name ideas with John Cena. He first pitched “Heel Team Six“, a play on SEAL Team Six, the elite US military special operations unit. The Cenation Leader loved the concept and was fully on board. However, The Maverick also suggested a few other names that caught Cena’s attention.

The former United States Champion then pitched the name “The WWE,” explaining that it would reflect how they’ve been running the company lately. The Franchise Player didn’t dismiss the idea either, saying he liked it as well. While there’s no official confirmation on the team’s name yet, it looks likely that WWE could unveil one at Money in the Bank.
Teaming up with John Cena is a huge opportunity for Logan Paul, and he has been openly expressing his excitement for their big match at Money in the Bank. Although there was some friction between the duo on last week’s SmackDown, it’s expected they will find a way to work together and take down their common opponents, Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes.
Mark Henry criticizes Logan Paul and John Cena’s segment on SmackDown
Logan Paul and John Cena appeared on last week’s SmackDown to confront Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes. The duo unleashed a barrage of scathing remarks aimed at The American Nightmare and The YEET Man. However, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry felt the segment fell flat and seemed disconnected from how the story has been unfolding in WWE recently.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry expressed that he found the promo to be quite underwhelming. He pointed out that Cena’s remarks calling out Uso as lazy and accusing Rhodes of doing it for fame and money felt awkward and lacked any real connection to the ongoing story. Henry added that it seemed as if the lines were written by a Hollywood writer rather than WWE’s creative team.
I sat there with a bewildered, puzzled look on my face when he said [Uso was lazy]. I was like, ‘Maybe you’re confusing wrestling with that Hollywood s***, because I think you’re getting picked in Hollywood. That’s a beauty contest. That ain’t got s*** to do with talent.’ … They would’ve had to say, ‘Hey, we’re gonna go to commercial, because Mark [has] lost his damn mind.’ Because that’s what would’ve happened.

Moreover, the former World Heavyweight Champion added that this has been an ongoing issue with nearly every promo in John Cena’s farewell tour—they all sound the same. He described the writing as generic and in need of an upgrade before Cena officially bows out. It will be interesting to see whether WWE takes this criticism to heart moving forward.
Logan Paul is interested in facing Bad Bunny after his work with John Cena
Logan Paul is one of the most successful celebrity-turned-professional wrestlers in the world. Through his performances, he has achieved remarkable feats in WWE, including winning the United States Championship and facing legends at WrestleMania. Now, he has his sights set on another celebrity-turned-wrestler—Bad Bunny—hoping to face him in a WWE ring in the coming months.

Speaking on IMPAULSIVE, The Maverick stated that since both he and Bad Bunny are celebrities, they should face off in the ring to determine who is the better wrestler. While he claimed the answer is very clear in his favor, he acknowledged that the match would still be a massive money-draw, one capable of headlining any event around the world.
That guy can wrestle, but come on, this is my full-time job bro… I wrestle wrestlers……….Triple H, make it happen!

Furthermore, this isn’t the first time Paul has expressed interest in facing the pop icon. Ahead of WrestleMania 41, he had already hinted at a potential clash with Bad Bunny. However, this time around, Paul has taken it a step further by directly requesting Triple H to make the match happen in the coming months.
