In college, Angel Reese was one of the top NIL earners, and continued to garner deals after she became a pro. Then, in her first season in the WNBA, she changed gears and took off at full speed to build her brand.

Many criticized her for not focusing on her basketball skills with the time she had to herself. But the Maryland native did not care about her critics and continued to do everything she could before reporting for the inaugural season of Unrivaled.

She continued to work during and in between Unrivaled and her second WNBA season. But her pace had reduced to a point where it seemed she was taking a back seat.

Reese spent most of her time with boyfriend Wendell Carter Jr. during this past offseason. They were camped out either at his house in Orlando or hers in Chicago.

Then, when she had to move to Atlanta after the blockbuster trade that kicked off this offseason, Reese put her head down and worked towards being better at basketball.

Now that she is having fun winning games, it seems it was time to gift herself something that can make her feel she has won in life.

Her Atlanta Dream teammate, Te-Hina Paopao, posted a video of her and Angel Reese inside a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. The guard captures the car featuring custom pink interiors and a shooting star headliner, a matte black exterior, and optional wheels.

During the video, Paopao referred to the $500,000 luxury SUV as her teammate’s latest gift to herself. That means the forward got it commissioned to replace the G-Wagon she had had since her college days.

The Rolls-Royce was a dream come true for her, as she had envisioned it during her rookie season when she was shooting a TikTok for her Unrivaled team.

But it seems she has a lot more money in the bank to spend on things she wants. After earning approximately $9.5 million in 2025, she has more than enough to gift herself something more lavish.

After all, she is now a Victoria’s Secret model and has her feet deep into the fashion world. No wonder when it was time for Angel Reese to show off her Cullinan, she also gave a glimpse of something else she splurged on.

The two-time All-Star showed off her Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 36. This specific model features the famed watch brand’s Oystersteel and Everose gold.

Combined with a diamond-set dial, it retails for $18,900. If she adds some additional engraving on the inside, the price could shoot past $19,000.

Purchasing Rolexes is normal for NBA, NFL, and other athletes from major sports leagues. Fans are accustomed to reading about those players earning millions to routinely spend on them.

But for a WNBA superstar to indulge in something that was, up until last season, more than a quarter of her annual salary, was something no one could think of. Maybe all the hard work she put into building her brand is paying off.

Angel Reese and her Atlanta Dream are off to a hot start

By now, it is clear that Angel Reese has managed to build herself a career outside the basketball court. It pays well and has her in the limelight.

But on the court, she was struggling to win games with the Chicago Sky. Now, as part of the Atlanta Dream, she has more wins than she did last season. The Sky ended the 2025 season with a 10-34 record. Reese and her Dream have won that many already, with three-quarters of the season remaining.

Those wins keep them at the top of the league standings. The Dream managed to power up to third when Reese helped break her losing streak to Caitlin Clark.

If they keep up with this form, it will be quite the postseason, as the Dream will be in pole position to push for a title. That is exactly what the 24-year-old wanted, and it was enough for her to leave her Chicago house behind.
