The Golden State Warriors are one of the most valuable franchises in the world today. In the Forbes list of most valuable sports teams in the world, they were valued at $10.8 billion and were ranked second.
Stephen Curry has been the biggest attraction of the franchise over the last decade. To add to their worth, the Warriors recently signed the richest sponsorship deal in the history of North American team sports.
Based on the latest reports, it was reported that the Dubs have signed a deal with AI cloud provider Iren for the company’s logo to be on the team’s jersey from next season.

The sponsorship deal is worth $50 million per year. The new deal with the Golden State Warriors will see Iren’s logo replacing Rakuten. It is a multiyear deal that includes the entire Warriors organization, including the WNBA’s Golden State Valkyries and G League’s Santa Cruz Warriors.
The Warriors’ growth since drafting Stephen Curry in the 2009 NBA draft saw their valuation increase from $315 million to nearly $11 billion. During this period, the Warriors have won four NBA championships and have been one of the most attractive organizations in the league. They are one of the highest sellers of merchandise as well, with Curry often leading the charts.
Jimmy Butler has high expectations from Stephen Curry and the Warriors next season
The Warriors are coming off a disappointing 2025-26 campaign. They finished in the Play-In spots after coming 10th in the Western Conference standings. However, they were beaten by the Phoenix Suns in the final Play-In Tournament game and failed to make it to the playoffs this year.
Their disappointing season had a lot to do with injuries to their star players. Stephen Curry missed a major chunk of the season due to a knee injury, but their biggest setback was when Jimmy Butler suffered an ACL tear in January.

In a recent appearance, Butler was asked what were his expectations for the Warriors next season.
We got Steph on our team… we’re gonna win. I’m a firm believer in that. Steph is one of the greatest players to ever play this game. His talent is game-changing alone and you legitimately always have a chance when Steph is on the floor. No matter the time, 4th quarter, 2nd quarter, overtime. So, we are expected to win at a high level and I think we’re gonna do that.

There is no doubt that Curry is one of the greatest to ever play the game and can still play at a very high level at 38. He played just 43 games last season, but he still averaged 26.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 4.7 assists.
Draymond Green will ride off into the sunset with the Warriors
The impact and influence Draymond Green brings cannot be defined by stats. He may not be the player he once was, but he has always been regarded for his high defensive IQ, tenacity, and leadership. Green was close to leaving the Warriors at the trade deadline this year as the Dubs were pursuing Giannis Antetokounmpo. However, no move materialized in the end.
DeMarcus Cousins, who played with Green in the Warriors for one season, believes that the four-time champion will end his career with the Warriors.
I think they’ll figure out something down the line, something suitable for Draymond and the team. I could see Draymond riding off into the sunset with them. They just figure things out.

Green was drafted by the Warriors as the 35th pick in 2012. He has been an instrumental player during their dynasty, and both the player and the club will be looking for solutions so that he can stay and end his career with the franchise.
