Pokimane was banned from Twitch on January 7 during an Avatar: The Last Airbender viewing party. Shroud saw her suspension as the beginning of the end of Twitch’s TV meta, in which streamers watched television on live broadcasts.

Pokimane wasn’t the only one who was watching Avatar. Mizkif was also live-streaming Avatar, prompting him to declare that he’s “done” with watching shows on his channel.

Shroud, a former CS: GO pro and FPS Livestream, joined in with a fantastic joke regarding the personality’s impending ban. Shroud joined fellow streamer bnans channel for an IRL cookery broadcast during which he discussed the Pokimane ban and the potential punishment Miz would face.

“Mizkif? Mizkif has vanished. Mizkif is probably going to eat a permaban. “It was great getting to know you, Mizkif,” he remarked.

Miz’s beginnings as the cinematographer for permanently banned Twitch player Ice Poseidon were referenced by Shroud. Since then, he’s established his own internet presence and amassed a sizable following.

Even though his days of working just behind the camera have already passed, Shroud believes the line of work will fit him if the Amazon-streaming platform punishes him.

After fellow Twitch star Pokimane was banned from the platform, Mizkif quickly apologised for his recent Twitch show, which featured Avatar: The Last Airbender, and promised to cease restreaming pirated content on his channel.

Seeing one of the top celebrities banned, even if only for a short time, is bound to make many others feel the same way Mizkif did. If any streamers continue to poke the bear with copyrighted content, it may only be a question of time before the next crackdown.
