Jonathan India with Patrick Kinman
Cincinnati Reds in-fielder Jonathan India made Patrick Kinman’s day, who might be one of his top fans of late. Jonathan, who recently won the National League Rookie of the Year winner, met a fan who cannot play baseball due to autism at a Bengals tailgate.
The latter posted a video of his interaction with the Reds second baseman on Twitter which went viral like crazy in no time. “Jonathan India is now and will forever be my favorite player,” Kinman captioned the video.
After spending a considerable amount of time with his fan, the 25-year-old baseball star even went on to follow him on Instagram and promised him tickets to any of the upcoming Reds games.
For those who don’t know, India became the Reds’ first Rookie of the Year winner since 1999 by hitting .269 with a .376 on-base percentage, 21 home runs, 34 doubles and 69 RBI.
