“I Hate Media”: Jackson Mahomes blames media for seemingly troubled relationship with brother Patrick Mahomes

Patrick Mahomes is one of the biggest names in the world of the NFL. Although the Chiefs couldn’t go the distance this time around, they were quite consistent throughout the season and Patrick Mahomes had a huge role to play in that. However, the QB has been among controversies for quite a while.

Interestingly, his actions aren’t the reason why his name is dragged into controversies, in fact, his fiancee Brittany Matthews and brother Jackson are the ones who attract a lot of criticism because of their actions which ultimately result in negative PR for Patrick.

Recently, there were reports that Patrick has asked Jackson and Brittany to stay away from the games to avoid getting involved in any kind of controversy. Although Patrick denied all such claims, it surely seems that things aren’t going well between Patrick and his brother Jackson.

Recently, Patrick did not invite his brother to his bachelor party which was organized this week. The party was at Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas where Patrick invited his teammates and friends including, Travis Kelce, Jerick McKinnon, Orlando Brown Jr., and Clyde Edwards

However, Patrick’s younger brother Jackson was nowhere to be found. As a result, a dejected Jackson posted a couple of stories in which he lashed out at the media for seemingly destroying his relationship with Patrick. He first posted a picture of himself with the caption “I hate media/news it’s destroying my life.”

After the first post, he posted another photo in less than an hour. This time, the caption consisted of just three words “Broken, Sad, Disrespected.” It will be interesting to see if Jackson attends Chiefs games in the coming season or decides to keep himself away from all the action.
