BGMI: All qualified teams of BMPS Season 1 revealed

Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 1
The month long open for all tournament of BGMI finally concluded today as teams now advanced towards the main event i.e. Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 1 that has kept a whopping prize pool of 2 Crore INR. Match results of the last group have been announced and we have got the last set of qualified teams for the upcoming tournament.
Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge (BMOC 2022) was conducted in 4 different rounds of online qualifiers where a set of teams were able to qualify to the next round. The fourth round featured invited teams as well that made the competition even more fierce.

BMPS Season 1: Qualified teams of the BGMI tournament
A total of 64 teams played the fourth round of online qualifiers of Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge. These sixty four teams featured 32 qualified and 32 invited teams where 16 teams were divided in 4 different groups. Each group had to play six matches in their assigned dates out of which the top six were able to qualify for the upcoming BGMI tournament.

These 24 teams will now be playing the first season of Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series. Just like other BGMI tournaments, BMPS Season1 will be played in two different stages- League Stage and Finals where the latter stage is set to commence from 19th May. These 24 teams will play matches in a round robin format over 3 weeks of league stage and only 16 teams will move towards finals.
One of the most shocking things to see in BMOC round 4 was that most of the professional teams that are quite popular among the fans failed to qualify for the next major BGMI tournament. Fan favorite teams such as GodLike Esports, Team Xspark, Orangutan Esports that won BMOC The Grind and TSM that recently won a LAN event failed to qualify for BMPS Season 1.

BMPS Season 1 will be a landmark tournament featuring a prize pool of 2 Crores INR and every underdog team this time looks quite confident enough to take away the winner’s trophy. It will be intriguing to watch the matches live at the official channels of BGMI.
