‘Rejecting teams before even entering F1’: Twitter reacts to Oscar Piastri’s savage move of denying Alpine’s claim of signing him

Oscar Piastri
Oscar Piastri has been grabbing headlines for his reply to Alpine after the team had declared that they had signed the youngster for the next season. We were assured of the fact that there would be twists and changes in the driver line-ups of many teams after Sebastian Vettel decided to retirement from the sport at the end of the season. This meant Aston Martin had to look for a driver to drive alongside Lance Stroll.
There were a lot of options on the table but the team went for a strange but a solid one at this point in time. Aston Martin chose to sign Fernando Alonso from Alpine. This might not be one for the future but it will definitely give them some sort of consistency which is something they lack right now. But, what this also meant that the team from France, Alpine, also had to explore their options before choosing their driver.
Oscar Piastri was obviously like the preferred choice and Alpine without wasting any time sent out an official report of signing him. But, they were embarrassed by their prodigy as he took to Twitter to reveal that there wasn’t any sort of communication between him and the team. This has now become a meme on social media with drivers, teams and fans reacting to this news.

This transfer has went on to become bigger and bigger. While fans would want this entertainment to continue, Alpine would like it to end as soon as possible.
