Micah Parsons’ contract feud with Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys has piqued Aaron Donald’s interest. Donald, who retired from football after the 2023 season, may consider a comeback if certain conditions are met.
After a decade, 150+ games, 3 DPOYs, and a Super Bowl ring later, Aaron Donald hung up his boots, as he has slowly lost the desire to play football. In an exclusive sit-down interview with his wife, Erica, the 34-year-old revealed that he will always love the game.
I will always love football, but to think about going through another camp and another 17-game season—I just don’t got the urge to wanna do that no more.

However, Donald may be ready for a round two after seeing the ruckus in Dallas. Micah Parsons handed in a trade request after the Cowboys’ owner/general manager, Jerry Jones, refused to negotiate with his agent. Enter Aaron Donald. He commented on a post related to Parsons’ feud.
If [Parsons goes] to the Rams, I might have to … get in football shape. Wit that Dline would be unreal.

Can the Rams trade for Micah Parsons?
The Rams already have a team that can win the Super Bowl. However, general manager Les Snead has never been afraid to make daring trades during his tenure.

Sneed traded for Von Miller in 2021, and they went on to lift the Lombardi Trophy. Before Miller, he also traded for Jalen Ramsey in 2019 and signed Odell Beckham Jr. in 2021.
Parsons, on the other hand, is in a class of his own. He’s arguably one of the best defenders anywhere in the league, and he’s only 26. So, they have to give up a couple of first and second-round draft picks and maybe one or two players.
Moreover, the pass rush market has seen a steep rise in the last few months. At present, TJ Watt earns the most money, but Parsons wants to be the highest-paid non-quarterback ever.
If the Rams agree to pay him north of $42 million, then they will have an issue on their hands. Several core players, including Cobie Durant and Quentin Lake, will need to be paid like Kyren Williams. Puka Nacua and Byron Young are eligible for an extension next year. If Snead pays Parsons, then there’s bound to be a shortage in the cap space.
NFL analyst proposes a Micah Parsons trade to the Buffalo Bills
Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio threw in the Buffalo Bills’ name as a possible trade destination for Parsons. The Bills signed Joey Bosa in the offseason, but he’s likely to be a rotational option due to his long history of injuries.
Yes, I think the Bills should seriously consider trading for Micah Parsons

Florio suggested that the Bills should trade for Parsons to relieve some pressure from AJ Epenesa’s shoulders.
The best candidates would be a contending team that hopes to go all in. Their first-round picks would likely be low. The impact Parsons makes could be significant. The obvious candidates are the Bills and the Ravens. Both want to get past the Chiefs. Parsons could help make that happen.

It’s a waiting game right now. Historically, Jones ends up giving his players what they want. Both Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb bagged big checks just days before week one of the new season.
Jones knows better than most that a team can’t win the Super Bowl without its best players. Parsons is still under contract for the 2025 season, and Jones has the option of enforcing the franchise tag. There’s no need for the Cowboys fans to panic just yet.
