The Yankee Stadium on Monday night echoed with loud cheers and ovation for their captain Aaron Judge, who’s currently in a slump. October has been a nightmare for the No.99, who has failed to produce results at the highest level. 

It was his first time playing in a World Series, and many doubted if he was nervous to play on the big stage. However, the team has already lost three games and is currently 0-3 behind the Los Angeles Dodgers. The NY Yankees need their captain back, but Judge has failed to back them up.

The team expressed how playing in Yankee Stadium may give a boost to Judge, and well, the fans tried but it did not work. Despite the cheers and positivity, Aaron Judge got struck out for the 7th time in the World Series.

While it’s the first time in 15 years for the pinstripes to get back in the World Series, they are failing at a dramatic level. Following the LA Dodgers Game 3 win, the NY Yankees are now in a 0-3 deficit.

Social media torches Aaron Judge after 2-4 loss in Game 3 

The LA Dodgers once again took the World Series 3-0 in Game 3 at the Yankee Stadium. Despite Shohei Ohtani playing with a partially dislocated shoulder, the Yanks failed to take advantage.

Fans are livid on social media as Aaron Judge once again failed in boosting the team to victory. Many suggested manager Aaron Boone mix up Juan Soto and Judge in the lineup. 

While many fans criticized Judge over his performance, several took his side, asking to give him time and he’ll be back in 100% form. One X user noted, “Bro saw it was October and turned into a pumpkin,” while another said, “Dang…suck to be him”. Check out more fan reactions below:
