I haven’t shared much about my relationship with Aaron because it always makes me cry. It was not right. But it was beautiful.

This was the only time in the whole interview that the Insurgent star addressed the Jets quarterback by his name. Later in the interview, she referenced him but did not use his name.

Shailene Woodley was completely lost after her relationship with Aaron Rodgers ended
The event had a significant impact on her, and she was depressed for nearly six months after. It was a dark time for her, as she did not recognize herself.

I felt like I lost my soul, my self, my happiness, my joy. I really understood depression and anxiety and, like, complete soul detachment.
Shailene Woodley said
Overall, she found herself in a “toxic situation,” one that she could not have come out of without her best friend and stylist Kris Zero, who supported her and helped her navigate through the “lowest low” of her life.
Aaron Rodgers expressed his gratitude to Shailene Woodley in an Instagram post dedicated as a tribute to those closest to him back in 2022. He wrote a heartfelt caption for the actress and said that he cherished the time they spent together.
Thanks for letting me chase after you the first couple months after we met, and finally letting me catch up to you and be a part of your life. Thanks for always having my back, for the incredible kindness you show me and everyone you meet, and for showing me what unconditional love looks like, I love you and am grateful for you.
