With the US Presidential election over, Donald Trump is set to return to the Oval Office. For many NFL players, it was a joyous moment as their candidate won to take over from Joe Biden. But even though a few days remained before the elections, Aaron Rodgers spoke up about what he truly felt.

The New York Jets quarterback was speaking with the panel of the Pat McAfee Show last Tuesday. As usual, they were covering a lot of content on the incredible Garrett Wilson catch. Then went on to diplomatically put aside any talks of beef with Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans.

But he was not so diplomatic when he and the panel turned the discussion to more pertinent issues in the country. As someone who has never shied from taking shots at the current Joe Biden administration, he did not stop himself from saying this.

I don’t have a problem with Ukraine at all. I just think that there’s a lot of problems in the United States that $180 Billion could maybe help instead of fighting a proxy war. You know like natural disasters, and FEMA is confiscating bottles of water and food supplies from people trying to help. There’s a lot of problems in the states.

Aaron Rodgers on the situation in the United States

This was a direct shot at the current government for focusing on aspects that he feels are not helping the citizens. Host Pat McAfee agreed to his views as was echoed by Chiefs owner’s wife Tavia Hunt a while back. He suggested that the country needs to move forward together in a way that will help everyone.

Aaron Rodgers continues taking shots at celebrities and LeBron James

After Pat McAfee gave his opinion, Aaron Rodgers took over again. As the NFL trade deadline and elections day were approaching, the four-time league MVP, going by his experience, had a unique take on how to tackle the day.

If you don’t know what to do on trade deadline, you should ask your favorite celebrity.

This was the New York Jets star taking a direct shot at all the celebrities who endorsed Kamala Harris. If it were anything, football fans would know that Taylor Swift is the most popular celebrity who endorsed Harris. Was this the star quarterback’s way of taking a shot at the musical artist?

But McAfee swung it around when he talked about certain celebrities who suggested they would move to Canada. The comment directly targeted rapper Snoop Dogg. He said he would move to Canada if Donald Trump became President. But Rodgers gave the final blow as he said.

My favorite is when the celebrity is bought and paid for by China. But anyway.

Aaron Rodgers on celebrities endorsing Kamala Harris

The Super Bowl champion’s quote directly targeted NBA superstar LeBron James. It is widely considered that the four-time NBA champion has spoken favorably for China, which happens to be an adversary of the United States. Considering James had endorsed Kamala Harris, this was Rodgers’ way of taking a shot at him.
