AC Milan vs Juventus: AC Milan squared off against Juventus at the San Siro Stadium on Matchday 23 of the ongoing edition of Serie A.

AC Milan drew 0-0 with Juventus. A boring goalless draw was the end result in the much anticipated Milan vs Juventus clash. AC Milan was the better side and had some opportunities with Leao coming close to scoring. Theo Hernandez too had some shots but the Juventus defence did well to block them out.

Wojciech Szczesny(7/10)- Probably the best player tonight for the Old Lady was their shot-stopper. Szczesny made some important blocks throughout the match, especially against Leao’s powerful shot.

Alex Sandro (6/10)- Alex Sandro made a great run towards the AC Milan box early on in the second half. Chiellini played in a lovely delivery but the Milan goalkeeper came forward to collect it first.

Giorgio Chiellini(6.5/10)- The experienced Italian international made some important blocks and interceptions tonight for his team. His most important save definitely came off Theo Hernandez’s shot.

Daniel Rugani(6.5/10)- The defender will be proud of his efforts and complemented Chiellini well. He was able to hold his ground well amidst some good AC Milan attacks.

Mattia De Sciglio (6/10)- De Sciglio put in some good deliveries into the box for the forwards to capitalise on. On one such occasion, he set up Alvaro Morata whose resulting header was weak.

Weston McKennie(6/10)- A pretty average performance from the American international. He wasn’t able to influence the game much and didn’t play many parts in the attacking department.

Juan Cuadrado( 6.5/10)- Cuadrado was playing out in the wide positions very well tonight. He even got a shot underway in the first half but unfortunately, it hit Westin McKennie on the way.

Rodrigo Bentancur(6/10)- The Argentine midfielder was active in the box and made some good chances. He created a great opportunity for Alvaro Morata who couldn’t direct it properly.

Manuel Locatelli(5.5/10)- Manuel Locatelli was involved in some early tussles in the starting minutes. He even got booked in the 9^th minute for a rash challenge.

Alvaro Morata(6/10)- The Spanish international got a great opportunity to score from a header after Rodrigo Bentancur’s cross into the box. However, Morata failed to get his angles right and nodded it wide.

Paulo Dybala(6.5/10)- The forward came under some intense pressure from the Milan defence at the start of the game. He slowly grew into the game but never really had the clear cut chance to score.

Arthur Melo(6/10)- The Brazilian international was the first one to be substituted in the match. He came on for the midfielder Manuel Locatelli.

Federico Bernadeschi(6/10)- The Italian youngster slotted into the wide position of Juan Cuadrado. However, he wasn’t able to exert his dominance into the match.

Moise Kean- The striker came in place of Alvaro Morata. He got booked after he was challenged for the ball with Romagnoli.

Mike Maignan (6.5/10): The French goalkeeper was decent throughout the match as he came up with some strong saves and managed to maintain a clean sheet in one of the highest tempo matches of Serie A.

Alessio Romagnoli (6.5/10): The Milan Captain was strong at the back and made some strong blocks and interceptions to keep out the Juventus forwards from getting that vital goal in the match. However, he could have maintained a little more discipline with his positioning as he got caught off-guard a couple of times.

Pierre Kalulu (6.5/10): The French defender was sturdy and strong at the back as he made some clean and vital aerial clearances to keep the ball out from the possession of Juventus. Kalulu was attentive to chase down the ball and come up with some vital interceptions even at the final stages of the match.

Theo Hernández (7.5/10): The French full-back was n the match as he not only provided strong defensive support to Milan but also moved in with the ball to provide some juicy crosses. Hernandez could have himself turned the balance of the match as he took some powerful shots towards the goal.

Davide Calabria (6.5/10): The Italian full-back was fast enough to recover balls and made it almost impossible for the white shirts to penetrate from the right side. Calabria was also consistent upfront in the field as he played some sensational crosses into the box for the Milan forwards.

Brahim Díaz (7/10): The Young Spanish midfielder was sensational with the ball on his feet as he dribbled through the centre to provide some juicy through all into the forward line. Diaz however failed to stand strong as he lacked in physicality which led him to lose the ball a considerable amount of time.

Sandro Tonali (7/10): The Young Italian midfielder was like a wall for AC Milan as he made some strong interceptions to move with the ball upfront, creating danger for the Away side. Tonali was equally strong on the defence as well on the offence.

Rade Krunic (6.5/10): The Bosnian midfielder chased down the ball with some strong physical gameplay and provided some decent passes in the match. Krunic played as a deep midfielder providing some crucial support from the deep mid area of the field.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (5/10): The Swedish striker was not able to create much impact in the match and was taken off early after he went limping with what looked to be an ankle injury.

Rafael Leão (7/10): The Portuguese forward was a danger with the ball on his feet as he surged down the pitch with his quick feet to take some cracking shots on the target only to be denied by some the Juventus keeper.

Junior Messias (6/10) The Brazilian attacking midfielder helped Milan to get into some quick counter-attacks and provided some good crosses into the box which created a decent amount of danger even though they lacked to make the final impact.

Olivier Giroud (5.5/10): The Veteran French midfielder came in place of Zlatan early on in the game after the Swedish was injured. The Frenchmen lacked to get the final impact in the match as he fumbled with his finishing and could have been far better to

Ismaël Bennacer (6/10): The Algerian midfielder made some decent interceptions at the backline and followed it with some good passes upfront in the pitch.

Alexis Saelemaekers (6/10): The Young forward made some quick runs upfront into the pitch and was strong to provide some decent passes in the final third. However, he could have been a little better at decision making as he lacked the final finishing.
