This week’s Raw from Saint Paul will be the final stop for the red brand before SummerSlam. And GM Adam Pearce has made a couple of announcements regarding the already power-packed show. First, in a rematch from two weeks ago, Sheamus will take on “Big” Bronson Reed. Secondly, Otis and Akira Tozawa will face a stern challenge from the formidable Creed Brothers.

Taking center stage, though, would be a PLE-caliber singles match between Gunther and Finn Balor. Last week, The Ring General denigrated the entire Judgment Day by adjudging them as street trash. Later on in the night, Balor looked incensed at that incendiary remark and vowed to humble the Austrian. There’s bound to be fireworks all around, with Gunther’s SummerSlam opponent for the world title, Damian Priest, potentially lurking in his periphery.

WWE had previously confirmed a 6-woman tag team match featuring the newly assembled trio of Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark up against Lyra Valkyria, Kayden Carter, and Katana Chance. This one could be a slugfest. Also, not to forget that the Wyatt Sicks are also expected to continue their reign of terror.

Last Monday, they yet again confronted Chad Gable and the Creed Brothers. The segment closed out with Uncle Howdy, presumably Bo Dallas, driving Gable’s face first into the mat with a Sister Abigail. Another thing to keep an eye on is how things escalate between Sami Zayn and Bron Breakker. The latter’s been a real thorn in the bush for the Intercontinental Champion.

They’ll battle it out for the gold this weekend at SummerSlam. Moreover, drama would continue to unfold in Raw’s love triangle involving Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, and Dominik Mysterio. Just a few days ago, Dom broke Liv’s heart. What’s next? Need to tune in to find out.

Will CM Punk, Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins bring the firepower to Raw?

What could be the probable standout act from this week’s Raw is the segment featuring CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins. The Visionary would dispense the set of rules for Punk vs. McIntyre at SummerSlam.

Seth, being the special guest referee, has a tall task at hand. How tough is it going to be for him to try and stay impartial with the other two men? Actually, it’s not even that he’d want to pick a side. Rollins has bad blood with both of them.

First, McIntyre trumped him at WrestleMania XL for the World Heavyweight title. And the other piece of the puzzle, Punk, has well-documented real-life beef with The Architect. All three of them can’t stand one another. It would be an interesting dynamic to see how everything plays out.
