Big news for football fans as their very own Travis Kelce is reportedly going to make his debut in the world of cinema. Hollywood star Adam Sandler recently spilt beans on how the NFL tight end will be starring in the most-awaited sequel of Happy Gilmore.
During his recent appearance on The Tonight Show, the comedian confirmed the ongoing speculation about Kelce’s cameo in Hollywood. Sandler, who starred and co-wrote the golf comedy of 1996 with Tim Herlihy, built the hype for the upcoming sequel for which they worked “our a** off” and have “something nice” for the Kansas City Chiefs star.

Sandler’s confirmation on Kelce’s appearance in his upcoming sequel came just a few months after the tight end addressed the conspiracy theories around his potential career in Hollywood. In a May episode of his famous podcast, New Heights, Kelce asserted that he wasn’t aware of any job openings for the Happy Gilmore 2, as if he knew, he was even ready to be an extra for the iconic comedy.
