Adolf Hitler takes away kickboxer Radek Rousal’s chance to fight in MMA, here’s how

Adolf Hitler- Radek Rousal

What if you get banned right before you make your pro-MMA debut? Ask this fighter, by the name of Radek Rousal about it. As bizarre as it seems, so has happened recently when this pro-fighter, who was coming off a kickboxing background, was halted from making his transition into MMA and for valid reasons. Very unfortunately, Rousal has a tattoo of the former dictator of Germany Adolf Hitler, right underneath his right arm.

The news broke out a Czech news outlet first, in whose nation Rousal was about to fight in Oktagon MMA, a Czech fight company. The promoter Ondrej Novotny told the news outlet “You can’t come to us and look like this,” this was days before Rousal was about to compete Slovak fighter Nikolas Krivak.

I grew up in the troubled community of people that made this tattoo. At the time, I didn’t know what to do with life, I was young and this tattoo was stupid, Rousal said to Idnes, the Czech news organization. “Later, I started doing martial arts, which led me to a completely different life and worldview. I have more tattoos than I regret, I gradually re-tattoo them all. I also want to apologize for my statement,” continued Rousal. According to Rousal’s Instagram, his kickboxing record is 19 wins and 5 losses.

Meanwhile, Novotny has banned Radek Rousal until further notice and says he trusts him on distancing himself from the ideology so therefore, would like the latter to remove the tattoos or re-tattoo them as soon as possible. Novotny now has to get the job done as soon as possible in order to keep his fighting career going.

What did you make of this bizarre situation? It’s kinda surprising to see that there are people that Rousal was a part of that still support what Adolf Hitler and his Nazi regiment stood for. We are in the 21st century but history haunts us to this day.
