The Los Angeles Rams already faced a lot of adversity when they had to relocate to Arizona due to the LA Wildfires. That meant the likes of Matthew Stafford had to move his family to Glendale before taking on the Minnesota Vikings.
The Cardinals made it easier for the Rams as they provided two of their Boeing 777’s to help with travel headaches. Those additional flights ensured the Los Angeles Rams could bring in a lot of their staff, players, families as well as pets, so that they can get some semblance of a home game.
However, the situation with Matthew Stafford‘s family took a turn for the worse after they landed. Wife Kelly Stafford had revealed in her most recent podcast that she was running a flu. It seems it has spread to their daughters as the former cheerleader revealed on her social accounts.

She added that they were happy that the family was in town to support her husband. Just that the illness made the situation difficult. Two daughters in the hospital is not what the signal caller would have liked heading into a crucial game on Monday.
Matthew Stafford has to stay healthy if Rams are to defeat the Vikings
Kelly Stafford revealing that almost their entire family being unwell is not the news the Los Angeles Rams fans would like to hear. Sure, they will hope that the family recovers well ahead of the game. But Matthew Stafford should be isolated from them if the team has to advance to the Divisional round.
They have Jimmy Garoppolo and Stetson Bennett as backups. However, Rams fans won’t travel to Arizona for a home game, just to see their season end at the hands of either of them. They would want their Pro-Bowler QB to resort to some of his unreal performances from this season.
Only then can they move to the second round and take on the Philadelphia Eagles. The Rams are dark horses in this Super Bowl race. Some analysts have picked them to go all the way, especially with the improvements they showed after their horrible 1-4 start.
Their 9-3 record after that horrid run should give travelling Rams fans hope. Their team is capable of bringing some excitement after the LA Wildfires devastation. But for that to happen, they need the team healthy and ready to play ball. Stafford has to stay away from his family for that to happen.
